Refund policy

The Roving Oak, LLC is a small business, and as such we have the following policies in place in regards to returns, exchanges, and missing shipments. We thank you for your business, and hope for smooth shipments and customer satisfaction. However, we do need to spell out the following policies. Thank you.

-We cannot accept returns if you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, the item wasn’t what you expected, or for size exchanges. We recommend using the size charts to help ensure you purchase the correct size. There are also fairly detailed product descriptions to help you make decisions on whether to buy or not.

-For products lost in the mail and tracking DID NOT show delivery occurred, The Roving Oak will replace these as long as you notify The Roving Oak within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date via email at info@therovingoak.com.  

-For products lost in the mail and tracking DID show the delivery occurred, we recommend filing a report with the appropriate delivery provider and/or law enforcement agency. Unfortunately, we will not be able to send you a replacement.

-If you receive products that are damaged, please send a photo to info@therovingoak.com, along with your order number and a brief narrative within 3 weeks of your product being delivered. The Roving Oak will replace damaged items at no cost to you.

-If the items were sent to a wrong address, The Roving Oak is not responsible for any costs associated with replacement. We recommend you double check your address well during checkout.

-So, basically unless the product is damaged, immediately defective, or was never delivered, replacement is at your expense. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small business.
